How Our Process Works

We've designed our application process to be fast, fair, and transparent. Here's what to expect and why we ask for each piece of your application.

Why We Ask for a Video

A short video introduction is a core part of our application. We know it's an extra step, but it makes a real difference — for you and for us. Here's why:

Speeds Up Evaluation

A complete application with CV and video lets us evaluate you faster. Instead of multiple screening rounds, we can assess your fit in one go — cutting days or weeks from the process.

Communication Skills

Most of our roles require strong English communication. The video gives us a natural way to hear how you express ideas, without the pressure of a live call. You can re-record until you're happy with it.

Beyond the Resume

A CV shows what you've done, but a video shows who you are. We get to learn about your personality, enthusiasm, and how you think — things that don't come through on paper.

Company Reference

Your video serves as a reference for the hiring companies. It helps them get a feel for you before scheduling interviews, so when you do meet, the conversation is more meaningful.

What to Include in Your Video

Keep it between 3-5 minutes. You can use Loom (free) or upload to YouTube (unlisted). Here's what we'd love to hear:

1

Introduce yourself

Who you are, where you're based, and a quick summary of your background.

2

Why this role?

What excites you about the position and how your experience aligns with it.

3

Highlight a project

Walk us through a project or achievement you're proud of — what you built, what challenges you faced, and what you learned.

4

What you're looking for

What matters to you in your next role — growth, team culture, technical challenges, or anything else.

A Complete Application = A Faster Process

When you submit a complete application — CV, video, and LinkedIn — we can move quickly. Our evaluation typically takes 1-2 business days when we have everything we need. Incomplete applications may take longer as we follow up for missing information.

A complete application includes:

Updated CV/Resume
Video introduction
LinkedIn profile

Code Review (Some Positions)

For certain technical roles, we may ask you to complete a code review as part of the evaluation process. This is not a timed coding challenge — it's a practical exercise designed to see how you approach real-world problems, review code, and communicate technical decisions. If a code review is required for the position you're applying to, we'll let you know after your initial application is reviewed.
