How long does the evaluation take?
When you submit a complete application (CV + video + LinkedIn), we typically review it within 1-2 business days. Incomplete applications may take longer as we follow up for missing information.
Can I apply to multiple positions?
Yes! You can apply to as many positions as you'd like. Each application is evaluated independently based on the specific role requirements.
What if I don't have a Loom account?
Loom is free to use and doesn't require a paid plan for short videos. Alternatively, you can upload an unlisted video to YouTube and share that link instead.
Does my video need to be position-specific?
Ideally yes — mentioning the role shows genuine interest and helps our evaluation. However, a strong general introduction that covers your background and what you're looking for still works.
What happens after I apply?
You'll receive a tracking code to check your status anytime. Our team reviews your application, and we'll let you know the outcome as soon as possible — either way.
Can I update my application after submitting?
Currently there's no way to edit a submitted application. If you need to make changes, contact us and we can help.
Is there a coding test?
For some technical roles, we may ask you to complete a code review exercise after your initial application is reviewed. It's not timed — it's designed to see how you approach real-world problems.
What video length is ideal?
Aim for 3-5 minutes. Shorter is fine if you cover the key points. Longer than 7 minutes tends to lose focus — keep it concise.
I lost my tracking code. How can I check my status?
Check your email — we send the tracking code in your application confirmation email. If you can't find it, contact us with your name and email and we'll help you out.
